What Actually Happens in a Group Mentoring Space?

One of the questions I hear most often is,

“So… what actually happens in group mentoring?”

People sometimes imagine it’s simply taking turns talking about problems.

It’s so much more than that.

A healthy group mentoring space becomes a place where you remember who you are.

It’s a place where you begin noticing the patterns you’ve lived with for years.

The ways you’ve been over-giving.

Overthinking.

Over-responsible.

Overlooking yourself.

It’s a place where someone else’s story suddenly helps you understand your own.

Where one woman’s courage gives another woman permission to speak.

Where tears are welcomed just as much as laughter.

Where victories, big and small, are celebrated.

Where accountability isn’t about pressure.

It’s about remembering the promises you’ve made to yourself.

Over time, something beautiful begins to happen.

You stop feeling like you’re the only one.

You realize other women struggle with many of the same fears, doubts, and questions.

Shame loses its grip.

Connection grows.

Confidence returns.

You begin trusting yourself again.

In my groups, there won’t be any pressure to have all the answers.

You don’t have to arrive “healed.”

You don’t have to be perfect.

You simply have to be willing.

Willing to be honest.

Willing to grow.

Willing to let yourself receive the same love and support you’ve so freely given everyone else.

That’s the kind of space I want to create.

A space where women don’t become someone new.

They simply remember who they’ve been all along.

And I can’t think of more meaningful work than that.

You don’t have to carry it all alone anymore.

If you’re longing for a small circle of women where you can be seen, supported, gently challenged, and encouraged as you reconnect with yourself, I’d love to invite you into my three-month group mentoring experience. Together, we’ll create the kind of space that changed my life—and that I now have the privilege of holding for others.

This three-month group mentoring space is for the woman who is ready to stop carrying everything alone. For the woman who has spent years being responsible, dependable, and strong — but is quietly tired from holding so much.

The details:
Meet: On Zoom: September 15 and 29, October 13 and 27, November 10 and 23. All times: 6 PM – 8PM Central | Investment: $400 | Limited to 10 people

Remembering You is an intimate retreat created for the woman who has spent years carrying, giving, fixing, and holding everything together—and is ready to gently lay down what was never hers to carry.
