Reflections of 2023

My word for 2023 was freedom.

I looked at my word and how it, or the lack of it, showed up in four aspects of my life: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.

Freedom mentally meant giving myself freedom from judging myself. It meant getting curious about things and asking questions instead of making assumptions.

Freedom emotionally meant to give myself the space to feel my emotions freely without judging them, brushing them off, or dismissing them.

Freedom physically meant to do more things to maintain my health and get stronger.

Freedom spiritually meant to allow myself to be open to and fully experience all the synchronicities and grace and express myself without judgement or apology.

I was intentional about being in the present moment and aware of where I was limiting my freedom.

Most of my limitations come from not giving myself permission to be fully me.

This year was full of travel, which I love. I think travel is life changing.

I made a few trips to Florida, a few trips to Phoenix, Mexico, and our long-awaited trip to Peru, which was truly an adventure of a lifetime.

As we move into 2024, what do you want to take with you, the lessons, wisdom, and love?

What do you want to leave behind from 2023, the doubt, fear, and worry?

Remember that you are a powerful creator. You get to create the life you deserve and desire.

Step into the new year intentionally.

Take time for yourself.

Do the things that feed your soul.

One of the best ways to do that is to connect with others who are interested in learning and growing.

Join me for my in-person events in January!

January 8 at The Strand for: Set intentions and create a vision board for 2024.

January 13 from 9-1, at Unity Church 1600 W Broadway Columbia MO for:
Reclaiming Your Energy, Mind, Body, Spirit.
Early bird special ends December 31.
Ticket sales end January 7.

I invite you to spend a little time reflecting on your past year and what you want to create in your life in the new year by journaling your findings to these questions:

What are my values? Am I being true to them?

When was the last time I stepped out of my comfort zone? What can I do to expand myself?

Am I surrounding myself with people who add value to my life and inspire me to grow?

What would I do if I wasn’t afraid of failing?

I’m excited to share with you an upcoming in person event I’m planning! Start 2024 with intention and self-care. Sign up for the early bird special and save!

When we change the world changes.
