Let Your World Become Quiet
Releasing inner struggle and returning to your own voice
It is okay if your world feels a little smaller and quieter in this season. It does not mean you are failing, falling behind, or forgetting your purpose. You may be honoring a natural need to turn inward.
Fall carries the energy of release, and the months ahead invites a kind of cocooning. We can resist that shift and keep pushing ourselves to stay outward, busy, and available. Or we can let the quieter season bring us home to ourselves.
Stillness does not mean that nothing is happening. Beneath the surface, your body may be softening. Your heart may be healing. Your inner voice may finally have enough room to be heard.
Stillness is not the absence of sound. It’s the absence of inner struggle.
This four-part October series follows the wisdom of fall: release what has become too heavy, listen for what is true, and choose what you will carry into the next season.
Sometimes we need to cry without immediately explaining the tears. We need to feel anger without building a story around it. We need to allow an emotion to move through the body without naming it, judging it, or turning it into a problem to solve.
Feelings do not always need an assignment. They do not always need a reason. Sometimes they need space.
When we stop running from ourselves, the pressure to have our whole life figured out begins to soften. We do not need the entire map. We need the next step. To recognize that step, we have to become quiet enough to hear our own voice beneath the expectations, advice, and noise around us.
The more present we become, the more clearly we recognize what belongs in our life. When something does not belong, we do not always have to fight it or prove why it is wrong. We can simply stop feeding it with our energy and attention.
That is one of the gifts at the heart of Remembering You Day: creating space to step out of the noise, reconnect with the quiet voice within, and remember what is true for you. It is a day to breathe, feel, listen, and return to the parts of yourself that may have been waiting beneath everything you have been carrying.
Let your world be slow and quiet enough that you can hear yourself. Let your heart heal without rushing it. Let the next step arrive before you demand the whole journey.
A gentle pause:
What emotion needs to be felt without being fixed or explained?
What has been receiving my attention even though it no longer belongs in my life?
If I did not need the whole answer today, what would feel like my next step?

The Sovereign Empath
From Absorbing to Observing: How to Feel Deeply Without Losing Yourself.
Sunday, Nov 15 12:30-2:30pm
Your sensitivity is a gift. But when you’re deeply attuned to the emotions and energy of others, it can be easy to absorb what isn’t yours, feel responsible for how others are feeling, or abandon your own needs in an effort to help, fix, or keep the peace.
This class isn’t about building walls or keeping people away. We are hardwired for love and connection. It’s about learning how to stay connected to others without disconnecting from or abandoning yourself.
Together, we’ll explore the difference between absorbing and observing, how to recognize what is yours and what isn’t, and how healthy energetic and emotional boundaries can actually create deeper, more authentic relationships.

Remembering You is an intimate retreat created for the woman who has spent years carrying, fixing, and holding everything together—and is ready to gently lay down what was never hers to carry.
When we change the world changes.
