Meet Judy
My intention is to touch hearts in a way that helps others align with their Divine Purpose, remembering who they are; so they can BE who they came here to BE.
Hello, I am Judy James and I’m thrilled you’re here!
What do you want?
There was a time in my life that I couldn’t answer that question.
I certainly could give you an endless list of things that I didn’t want or like in my life.
That’s where my focus was at the time, on what I didn’t want. I knew there had to be more to life, I just wasn’t sure what it was or how to get it. I was in a life-long cycle of being a people pleaser, using all my energy for everyone else, and that left me bitter and resentful.
I wanted to be liked, I wanted love and connection.
I had to start by giving myself what I needed the most and become as committed to myself as I was to others in my life.
I had to learn to love myself.
Self-love is an ongoing practice that we must be dedicated to.
It is not by healing that you learn to love yourself. True healing begins as you learn to love yourself.
If you’re still with me, maybe you resonate with the limited thinking I used to live in.
The limited beliefs I had kept me in a cycle of unhappiness.
I didn’t realize that I always had choices.
I could choose to move past the beliefs that limited me and instead move into joy, happiness, love, and connection with awareness, commitment, and consistency.
And so can you!
Are you ready?
I can show you how!

You Are the Realization of Generational Dreams
What example do you want to set for future generations?
Show yourself grace and compassion
Show yourself grace and compassion today, so that you can ripple it out to others.
A prayer from The Four Agreements
We will always cause our own suffering when we think things should be different than they are.
Who were you before the world told you who you should be?
Who I am is letting go of who I thought I should be and allowing myself to receive all the blessings that are meant for me.
What do you need to let go of?
Take some time this week to journal about your feelings around these questions.
Focus on what you can control
Make love a priority for yourself and others and lead with your heart.
What you’re afraid of controls you
When we become accountable, we take our power back from fear and live the life we were meant to live.
