Meet Judy

Inspirationalist: One who inspires, or who aims to inspire, others; one whose beliefs tend to inspire others; also, one who professes to speak or act under spiritual guidance.
Emissary: a representative sent on a mission.
Hello, I am Judy James and I’m thrilled you’re here!
What do you want?
There was a time in my life that I couldn’t answer that question.
I certainly could give you an endless list of things that I didn’t want or like in my life.
That’s where my focus was at the time, on what I didn’t want. I knew there had to be more to life, I just wasn’t sure what it was or how to get it. I was in a life-long cycle of being a people pleaser, using all my energy for everyone else, and that left me bitter and resentful.
I wanted to be liked, I wanted love and connection.
I had to start by giving myself what I needed the most and become as committed to myself as I was to others in my life.
I had to learn to love myself.
Self-love is an ongoing practice that we must be dedicated to.
It is not by healing that you learn to love yourself. True healing begins as you learn to love yourself.
If you’re still with me, maybe you resonate with the limited thinking I used to live in.
The limited beliefs I had kept me in a cycle of unhappiness.
I didn’t realize that I always had choices.
I could choose to move past the beliefs that limited me and instead move into joy, happiness, love, and connection with awareness, commitment, and consistency.
And so can you!
Are you ready?
I can show you how!

Giving with an open heart
The greatest gift we can give someone in need is to meet them where they are without judgment.
Get curious about the things that trigger you
When we’re hurt, we hurt others. We want to get rid of the pain but offloading it onto others doesn’t help us feel better.
When you feel like you’re stuck…go to gratitude.
This is your reminder to go to gratitude when you feel like you’re stuck or not getting what you want.
The wisdom your body holds
When we’re present, we can understand what our body is telling us. Our body holds great wisdom for us to access.
Vulnerability
Being vulnerable is a choice we make moment by moment. The more we practice, the stronger we become.
How to make others feel heard and understood
Understanding means asking questions so we can understand the other’s point of view.
What will you choose to bring into the world?
Each of us has the power to pause and choose what we want to bring into the world. What will it be?
