Meet Judy

Inspirationalist: One who inspires, or who aims to inspire, others; one whose beliefs tend to inspire others; also, one who professes to speak or act under spiritual guidance.
Emissary: a representative sent on a mission.
Hello, I am Judy James and I’m thrilled you’re here!
What do you want?
There was a time in my life that I couldn’t answer that question.
I certainly could give you an endless list of things that I didn’t want or like in my life.
That’s where my focus was at the time, on what I didn’t want. I knew there had to be more to life, I just wasn’t sure what it was or how to get it. I was in a life-long cycle of being a people pleaser, using all my energy for everyone else, and that left me bitter and resentful.
I wanted to be liked, I wanted love and connection.
I had to start by giving myself what I needed the most and become as committed to myself as I was to others in my life.
I had to learn to love myself.
Self-love is an ongoing practice that we must be dedicated to.
It is not by healing that you learn to love yourself. True healing begins as you learn to love yourself.
If you’re still with me, maybe you resonate with the limited thinking I used to live in.
The limited beliefs I had kept me in a cycle of unhappiness.
I didn’t realize that I always had choices.
I could choose to move past the beliefs that limited me and instead move into joy, happiness, love, and connection with awareness, commitment, and consistency.
And so can you!
Are you ready?
I can show you how!

How’s your intuition?
Our intuition is there to guide us in the smallest moments and the moments that are life changing.
Challenges are opportunities
Our challenges don’t define us, what we tell ourselves about them does.
How do I begin making myself a priority?
If we truly loved and accepted ourselves, we wouldn’t struggle making ourselves a priority.
Changes as I heal
Paying attention to how you feel instead of worrying about how others perceive you can change your life.
Who is your priority?
Your relationship with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship in your life. It’s THAT important to make yourself your priority.
What’s your meditation practice?
Meditation is not something to bring to perfection. Your experience will likely be different each time you meditate.
Change isn’t always easy, but it’s worth it
Fear often holds us back, showing up as procrastination, keeping us in situations, relationships, jobs, that aren’t best for us.
My critical voice: where it came from and how I quieted it
I’m sharing with you where my critical voice came from and some tools I’ve used to quiet it.
Why is it important to pay attention to our thoughts and how we feel?
As we become mindful of our unwanted thoughts and are diligent about replacing them with thoughts that feel better, we see things differently.
