What Does Support Really Mean? A Reflection on Receiving and Becoming the Support We All Need

What does support mean to you?

To me, support means feeling safe. It means knowing I don’t have to carry it all on my own. When I feel supported, I feel worthy, protected, and loved. I feel like I can take a deep breath and rest for a moment—because someone is holding space with me, beside me, and for me.

Support allows us to move forward with clarity. It opens the door to trust—trust in ourselves, in others, and in something Greater guiding us through the fog. When the path feels cloudy and uncertainty creeps in, we’re reminded to step back, take a breath, and let our intuition take the lead. We don’t have to solve everything in one big leap. With little steps and great support, big things truly are possible.

Where Do You Feel Most Supported in Your Life?

Take a moment to ask yourself this.

Where do you feel deeply, unconditionally supported?

Where in your life do you feel free to be your whole self?

And just as important:

Where could you use more support?

These are sacred questions, because the answers show us where healing is needed—and where love is already flowing.

For me, having support and supportive people in my life has been life changing. The kind of support that doesn’t try to fix me or rush me, but instead holds space for me to rise in my own time, in my own way. This kind of support is gold.

Becoming the Support We Crave

One of the greatest revelations in my life has been realizing that I could become the support I had once longed for. And now, I get to offer that to others.

I support women through Reiki energy healing, intuitive guidance, personal and group retreats.

But more than that, I hold a sacred container—a safe space where you can be witnessed without judgment and where the version of you that’s been waiting to be seen, heard, and loved can finally come forward.

I can help you:

  • Tune into your intuition and your soul’s whispers
  • Release the stories, wounds, and beliefs that have held you back
  • Reconnect to the truth of who you are
  • Take small, aligned action steps toward your highest self

Sometimes, the fear that holds us back isn’t fear of failure—it’s fear of our own greatness. That was true for me. But I’ve learned that action is the antidote to fear. Gentle, intentional action. And it’s so much easier when someone walks with you.

You Don’t Have to Do It Alone

If you’re ready to reclaim your truth, make powerful changes, or simply feel supported again—I’m here. I can be your believing eyes until you can see it for yourself. Together, we can co-create a life rooted in encouragement, guidance, and love.

Because ultimately, that’s what we all want, right?

To just…be ourselves.

And in unwinding all the old stories that told us we couldn’t—we return home to who we really are.

When we change the world changes.
