What do you need to let go of?

What do you need to bring into your life?

Who do you need to share your feelings with?

These are questions that I ask myself often.

Here are some thoughts to guide you through answering them.

Acceptance…

Remember that acceptance does not mean that we agree or even think something is okay.

It means that we choose not to use our energy to fight against it.

It means that we surrender the need for situations and people to be different than they are.

It means that we are choosing our own peace over something we can’t control.

Nothing is worth my Heaven on earth.

It means we are trusting the process.

Surrender…

Please forgive me.

I forgive you.

Thank you.

I love you.

Who do you need to say these things to?

Gratitude…

For the love in your life.

For the life you’ve lived.

For the lives you’ve touched.

Open up to gratitude for what life has brought you, all the lessons and all the love.

Know there is purpose in everything.

Take some time this week to journal about your feelings around these questions.
