Remembering You is an intimate retreat created for the woman who has spent years carrying, giving, fixing, and holding everything together—and is ready to gently lay down what was never hers to carry.

Through storytelling, reflection, guided meditation, journaling, heartfelt conversation, and a deeply restorative Reiki sound bath, you’ll begin reconnecting with the woman beneath the roles, the expectations, and the responsibilities.

Not to become someone new.

But to remember who you’ve always been.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, more connected to yourself, and with practical ways to continue honoring your own voice long after the day is over.
