More signs from Spirit.
I believe there are two main obstacles we can face when we are connecting to our intuition: fear and trust.
Here are some fears that can block us from experiencing signs and messages:
Fear of being wrong.
Fear of not being able to connect.
Fear it won’t happen for me.
Fear of what others will think.
Trusting can be difficult. We experience trust as we let go of our fears.
Intuition is like a muscle; we have to exercise it by using it to strengthen it.
We came into this world with help from a source with higher perspective than we can have in our humanness. It’s an expanded awareness that we need help to access. Intuition is accessing that awareness through our senses.
I believe we were all born with four main ways to experience our Guidance.
Clairvoyance means clear seeing. Dreams can contain messages. You can have visions or pictures in your third eye or mind’s eye, much like a daydream. Decorators and designers most likely have clairvoyance as a dominant sense.
Clairaudience means clear hearing. You hear messages or thoughts that aren’t yours. Natural talents with this sense as dominant include singers, writers, speakers, or musicians.
Clairsentience means clear feeling. You feel sensations in your body, like a gut feeling, or a negative or positive vibe about someone you just met. Highly sensitive people, healers, caregivers, counselors, nannies, teachers, have clairsentience at the top of their senses.
Claircognizance means clear knowing. This is when you know something, and you don’t know how you know it. These truths simply pop into our mind from nowhere. Claircognizance requires tremendous faith because there’s not usually a practical explanation for how we know. It is the predominant sense in many philosophers, professors, doctors, scientists, and spiritual leaders.
Typically, we have one or two senses that are dominant. That’s not to say that we don’t have access to the other senses. As we build our main senses, the other senses become stronger as well.
Which sense is your most dominant?
We can access Guidance any time through our intuition.
The answers are within us.
Process to connect with your intuition:
Intention- set the intention to open up to your intuition.
Move past your fears.
Get quiet and listen.
Trust what you’re experiencing.
Honor your intuition by following it.
Gratitude for the messages.
Journal about your experiences:
Write down some signs you’ve had from Spirit…
What messages have you heard?
What messages have you seen?
What things do you know?
What do you feel?
As we open up to our intuition and see more synchronicities: people, books, podcasts, songs, etc. show up to help us grow. Through this we find our gifts that we came here to honor by sharing to help others.
This is true power, it comes from inside, from knowing ourselves and showing others how to find their power.
When we change the world changes.
