Priorities

April 10th, 2023, 6:15pm
The Strand Salon, Columbia, MO

Priorities…Where are you on your List? Do you even make your list?

The relationship you have with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship you have in your life. It’s that important to make yourself a priority.

If you’re feeling detached from yourself and in your close relationships, learn how you can strengthen those bonds. I’ll be sharing experiences and tools I’ve learned on my own journey back to Me. They have helped me make big changes in my life, one small step at a time.

I am thrilled to lead this interactive workshop where everyone can share if they choose to. Coming together, listening, and sharing in a group allows us to feel seen, heard, and understood. That contributes to us to feeling empowered to make changes our lives. Join us!

Virtual: From "Fixing" to Supporting

April 12th, 2023 | 7pm Central
Zoom

Is it challenging for you to watch others close to you struggling?

Do you want to help others fix their lives?

What happens when you help too much?

I was a fixer. It was difficult for me to see other people struggle. After being in a cycle of helping and not feeling appreciated, which left me resentful, I learned some things about myself.

Let’s talk about how we can move from fixing our loved ones to supporting them.

It’s a win win!
