The Sacred Work That Found Me

I like to say I’ve been preparing for this work my whole life—even long before I realized it.

For 45 years, I’ve worked behind the chair as a hairstylist. To most people, it might have looked like I was simply cutting hair. But if you’ve ever spent time in a stylist’s chair, you know, it’s rarely just about hair.

People would come to me and begin to open their hearts. They’d share their dreams, their fears, their regrets, and their deepest truths. Sometimes they would tell me things they hadn’t shared with anyone else, not even their family. I didn’t know it then, but I was being prepared for something much deeper.

What I was really doing was listening. Not the surface kind of listening, but sacred listening. The kind that makes people feel safe to lay down their burdens and remember who they are.

A Deeper Calling

As the years went on, I felt a quiet pull, an inner knowing that there was more for me to step into. I started exploring energy work, Reiki, and mediumship—not just to serve others, but to heal myself. And as I peeled back my own layers, something awakened within me.

I realized that my true gift wasn’t fixing people or offering answers. It was holding space so they could find their own. It was reflecting their light back to them when they couldn’t see it themselves.

Now, my work has expanded far beyond the salon. Today, I am an intuitive mentor, Reiki master, medium, and end-of-life doula. Each of these roles feels like a natural evolution of the sacred listening I’ve done all my life.

What I Do

Intuitive Mentoring

I help people connect with their own inner guidance system, revealing hidden patterns, old stories, and beliefs that no longer serve them. Together, we create space for healing, clarity, and transformation.

Energy Healing through Reiki

Through Reiki and intuitive energy work, I support people in releasing emotional and energetic blocks, which helps in opening the door to alignment and peace.

Mediumship & Spirit Connection

One of my greatest joys is helping people feel the presence of their loved ones in Spirit. I love reminding them they’re never alone, their loved ones are sending them messages and supporting them. I love teaching them how to tune into their own intuitive gifts.

Group Mentoring & Small Retreats

I lead intimate circles and retreats designed for deep, accelerated growth. These spaces are tender, transformative, and grounded in love.

End-of-Life Doula Work

Supporting individuals and families through life’s final transition is an honor beyond words. I help prepare people emotionally, energetically, and spiritually for this sacred passage and remind them that death isn’t the end, but a return home.

Why I Do This Work

Because connection has always been my greatest joy.

Because I believe healing is possible at any stage of life.

Because I know, without a doubt, that you are never alone.

And because I believe we’re all here to remember who we truly are; whole, loved, and guided.
