Meet Judy
My intention is to touch hearts in a way that helps others align with their Divine Purpose, remembering who they are; so they can BE who they came here to BE.
Emissary: a representative sent on a mission.
Hello, I am Judy James and I’m thrilled you’re here!
What do you want?
There was a time in my life that I couldn’t answer that question.
I certainly could give you an endless list of things that I didn’t want or like in my life.
That’s where my focus was at the time, on what I didn’t want. I knew there had to be more to life, I just wasn’t sure what it was or how to get it. I was in a life-long cycle of being a people pleaser, using all my energy for everyone else, and that left me bitter and resentful.
I wanted to be liked, I wanted love and connection.
I had to start by giving myself what I needed the most and become as committed to myself as I was to others in my life.
I had to learn to love myself.
Self-love is an ongoing practice that we must be dedicated to.
It is not by healing that you learn to love yourself. True healing begins as you learn to love yourself.
If you’re still with me, maybe you resonate with the limited thinking I used to live in.
The limited beliefs I had kept me in a cycle of unhappiness.
I didn’t realize that I always had choices.
I could choose to move past the beliefs that limited me and instead move into joy, happiness, love, and connection with awareness, commitment, and consistency.
And so can you!
Are you ready?
I can show you how!

Shine your light, show up as who you are
When we shine our light, show up as who we are, we give others permission to shine their light and be who they are.
Get quiet and listen to your Inner Guidance
I believe that we need more time to connect with ourselves; that’s what we’re missing.
Feeling your way through life
We can feel love only to the depth that we allow ourselves to feel pain.
What do you feel is missing in your life?
Learning emotional awareness is life changing. It keeps us from reacting when something outside of us sparks painful emotions inside.
How journaling helps you with self care
Here are more ways that journaling can help you with your self-care.
Is journaling part of your routine?
Just writing a few minutes a day may help you understand yourself better.
Intention is behind everything we do
There are a lot of things that we don’t have control over the outcome, however what we can control is our intention.
What are your fears telling you?
Being and expressing who we are is our purpose in life. Looking at our fears and emotions guides us in remembering who we are.
How are you at receiving?
I am responsible for creating the life I desire and deserve. It starts inside.
